Interpretation

RETURNS

  1. Only those items (or products) which are Defective, Damaged or Wrong (Not the same as you ordered ) are eligible for RETURNS.

RETURN PROCESS

We will send you RETURN SHIPPING LABEL .

All returned items must be in unworn and unused condition, placed securely in its original packaging with all original tags and labels attached. Stick RETURN SHIPPING LABEL over the packaging.

We scheduled your return shipment right from our website address.
Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us.
We will notify you by email and WA when your return has been processed.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return or exchange.
● The RTO (returned to origin ) product or article, first verified by the company. Company when received a RTO product it will make its unboxing video again as proof of Verification. The company calls this process UBR-TOP (unboxing video of returned to origin product).
● RTO item must be the same as shown in the unboxing video( received by Company from the customer ) and 5 photos. RTO items must be unopened unworn and unused. In these conditions only, the Refund process will occur.
● No Refund will occur If
1. RTO item differs from its conditions as shown in the unboxing video( received by the Company from the customer ) and 5 photos,
2. RTO item is used, worn or packing opened.
● Verification process takes 2 to 3 working days after the RTO product arrived to us. Refund will reach in customer’s bank account after 3 to 4 working days after verification.
So the whole process from the arrival of the RTO product, to the Refund in your account, through verification takes 5 to 7 working days.
